Long ago I made a wish to remain truthful to myself. Ever since, my body temple has consistently signaled when I forget to listen to the intuitive voice within. As a dedicated practitioner of energy work, I believe that much of our ailments stem from a lack of understanding of how to shift thought patterns and tap into the subtle energy body. We extend and expand far beyond our physical form.

I grew up in a state of numbness. Oblivious to my own needs, I always prioritized others above myself. Eventually, I started to explore the healing potential of emotions and self-love. Through receiving support, my fragmented soul found wholeness once more. Years of inner work were necessary for reclaiming freedom, and every moment was invaluable. 

Though my career initially unfolded within office walls, it wasn't long before I embarked on the ongoing journey of inspiring and nurturing others. Through travel, therapy, and community, fear gradually gave way to expression. Transforming habits has proven to be a powerful tool for growth, forging new pathways in the mind and unlocking higher states of consciousness. In my interactions, I often evoke a calming and inspiring presence, as well as being a catalyst for change.

Previously, I believed that the only way to grow was through painful challenges. However, upon reaching 50, I found confidence and embraced self-love, leading to inner peace. I cherish simplicity in life and possess a childlike wonder for cloud gazing, mystical photography, ecstatic dance, music and soulful connections that transcend the confines of the mind. As a multidimensional artist, I stand grounded with one foot on earthly soil and the other reaching into higher realms.

Countless hours and years in the realms of energy healing, clear communication, spiritual and emotional healing, psychology, coaching, bodywork and counseling studies has given me wisdom and knowledge to support others.
